Poppy Cottage Facilities
Poppy is one of a terrace of five modern cottages in a small lane leading down to the quayside. The quay can be seen from the front door and is only a minute’s walk away. Similarly all the shops are only a few minutes walk, as is the bus stop on the Buttlands. From here a regular service travels to the nearest market town of Fakenham and it is also where the Coastal Hopper stops. This travels the length of the Norfolk Coastline enabling easy access to Sheringham and Kings Lynn train stations.
The L shaped sitting room has a dining area suitable for 6, comfortable furniture and TV with VCR and DVD.
Poppy has 3 bedrooms: a large double, a medium twin bedded room and a small room with adult sized bunk beds.
The bathroom, on the first floor, has a bath with shower attachment. The groundfloor comprises a cloakroom, a kitchen and sitting room.
The kitchen, with fitted units, has an electric cooker, microwave, Bosch fridge/freezer and automatic washing machine and Bosch dishwasher.
Patio doors lead from the sitting room into a small enclosed patio area edged with shrubs where garden furniture is provided.
